Motherhood is absolutely one of the most difficult things I’ve ever done. Deciding to be a stay at home mom has introduced societal pressures I didn’t even know existed. But I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I know nothing in my life will ever be as rewarding as watching my children learn and grow.

Along with motherhood brings the roller coaster of emotions when the good times are the best and the hard times are the worst! Some days pass by in the blink of an eye and some days feel like they will never end. 

The days you look around your home and it looks like a tornado ripped through it even after you’ve been cleaning up all day. 

Those times when you come home from work and are absolutely exhausted but you see the excitement in your child’s eyes to see you. So even though you are starving you push down the hunger and muster up the energy to smile while coloring pictures at the table with them.

You’re dealing with fears from thoughts from which had never even been on your radar.

The constant pressures of being a perfect mother can make you feel like you are drowning.
